Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate grant funding opportunities relevant to VendueTech's R&D and commercial activities, including EU programmes and national schemes. Lead end-to-end development of grant applications from narrative structuring and budget preparation to final submission, translating technical work into compelling proposals. Own compliance obligations across active awards, managing reporting schedules, milestone tracking, and relationships with funding bodies. Brief leadership on new opportunities and develop the company's grants strategy to position the organization for long-term funding success. This dedicated, standalone role reports directly to the COO and requires 3–7 years of experience with EU instruments like Eurostars and Horizon.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of grants management experience
- demonstrable track record of successful applications to competitive programmes
- Hands-on experience with EU or European funding instruments
- familiarity with Eurostars
- familiarity with Horizon
- familiarity with Interreg
- Strong application writing skills
