Job Summary
The Grants Manager oversees a portfolio of grants and contracts throughout the full grant lifecycle to ensure compliance with funding requirements, timely reporting, and successful program implementation. Responsibilities include grant administration, monitoring, and audits; funder communications; developing and supporting grant-funded initiatives; writing competitive grant proposals; coordinating with program, operations, and finance teams; tracking deadlines and performance data; ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations (including Uniform Guidance/CFR 200 when applicable); maintaining grant documentation; liaising with funders, auditors, and partners; conducting site visits; and supporting continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, strong English and Spanish written/verbal communication, and proficient use of MS Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Finance, Social Sciences, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in grants management, grant writing, program management, compliance, project management, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
