Job Summary
Program Supervisor for the Grants & Contracts Office overseeing complex pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities across multiple grants and contracts. Serves as a primary contact for a defined portfolio, ensuring proposals and awards meet sponsor requirements, timelines, and organizational goals. Collaborates with researchers, administrators, and central offices to provide strategic oversight of the full award lifecycle, conducts final proposal reviews as an authorized business official, and supports compliance with NIH/OMB regulations. Requires strong organizational, regulatory, and communication skills, with experience in grants administration, contract negotiation, and the use of data-driven reporting to track performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in grants administration or related field
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA)
- Strong knowledge of NIH and OMB regulations
- Ability to manage pre-award, post-award, and closeout processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work with researchers and institutional stakeholders
- Experience with grant proposals, contracts, and cooperative agreements
- Data-driven reporting and performance tracking skills
