Job Summary

Manage the contract and grant lifecycle by coordinating intake, review, execution, amendments, and closeout while maintaining centralized repositories and tracking key milestones. Support the Grants Manager and Contracts Manager in compiling award applications, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with HRSA, FTCA, and Joint Commission requirements, and preparing routine reports on status and metrics. Participate in internal audits and regulatory reviews, escalate compliance risks, and assist in developing workflows and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records for all agreements and grant-funded programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, Health Administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in contracts administration, grants coordination, or compliance
  • experience within a healthcare, nonprofit, or public sector setting
  • Familiarity with HRSA FQHC grant management and FTCA/JCAHO compliance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
