Job Summary

Coordinate Access Point activities statewide, oversee draws and monthly expenses, and facilitate regular meetings. Provide orientation and training for new Access Points, produce user manuals, and instruct users on data collection for the Coordinated Entry system. Ensure CE policies comply with HUD requirements, revise procedures, and conduct satisfaction surveys. Promote system integrity by evaluating individual Access Point performance and presenting quarterly and annual reports. Conduct statewide presentations, lead community outreach, and maintain partner relationships. Oversee planning and implementation of new statewide programs, identifying affected groups and tracking project lifecycles. Travel 20% of the time to conduct training sessions on complex topics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in homelessness assistance
  • Proficiency in Housing First principles
  • Proficiency in Coordinated Entry Systems
  • Strong program management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with community planning
  • Experience with partnership building
  • Experience with data systems (e.g. HMIS)
  • Ability to travel (20% of the time)
  • Ability to conduct training sessions on complex topics
  • Effective communication skills
  • Stakeholder relations skills
