Grant Project Assistant - Barnabas Program

Job Summary

Gathers, analyzes, and disseminates data related to key performance indicators for the Barnabas program and students to improve retention and success. Processes institutional data and reports in compliance with required grant reporting for the Kern Family Foundation grant running from July 1, 2020, through July 15, 2027. Facilitates the Barnabas program admissions process for external applicants and internal transfer students, reporting progress at regular intervals. Communicates key information to students, alumni, and church partners while supporting programmatic goals and pastoral networking.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to sign and teach in accordance with the university's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Positions Statement and the College of Theology Covenant
  • Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory outcome (as determined by the university) of pre-employment screening activities, including a background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to theological studies is preferred
  • Work experience in an educational environment supporting theological and ministerial studies
  • Church-based ministerial experience
