Job Summary
Document and share child milestones with parents while collaborating with the teaching team to implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Respect and observe children's interests, intervening when needed to maintain safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities. Encourage and model social behavior, sharing ideas to plan a daily schedule balancing quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine and gross motor activities. Requires at least 6 months preschool or daycare experience, a CDA or related degree preferred, and full-time eligibility for competitive pay ranging from $15.75 to $20.48.
Required Qualifications
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare
- Must be at least 18 years old
