Job Summary
Grant Coordinator for the Oklahoma Insurance Department’s Strengthen Oklahoma Homes program. Responsibilities include handling grant management deliverables and financial reporting, evaluating eligibility and completeness of grant recipient casefiles, monitoring grant recipients via calls and field visits, providing technical guidance to recipients and partners (IBHS, evaluators, contractors), coordinating grant applications and documentation, delivering training/outreach on resilience programs, and developing information systems to respond to stakeholder requests. Requires collaboration across federal, state, and local agencies, and may involve telework after training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in financial management (grant, contracting, claims management, budgeting) or related field.
- grant/contract management experience including development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of grants/contracts for federal, state, local governments, or private entities.
