Job Summary
Grant Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to the Office of Learning and Student Support Services at the Central Office, handling Consolidated Federal Program (CFP) grants, procurement, grant applications and reporting, staff learning and professional development coordination, and office operations support for EDOLSS and DEBFE. Responsibilities include managing grants, contracts, invoices, MOUs, and required reports; coordinating professional learning activities and salary-related processes; maintaining educator course records and vendor services; tracking funds and ensuring proper use of grant funds; updating websites and supporting the Superintendent’s Office; and providing general administrative support, scheduling, data management, reporting, and project coordination. Skills/experience emphasized include grant administration, budgeting, data reporting, procurement, cross-department collaboration, office management, vendor liaison, and program coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, plus at least 2 years of related work experience required; equivalent combination of education and related work experience will be considered.
