Job Summary
Grant Compliance Analyst responsible for grants management, donor compliance, and reporting to support high-quality programming. Manages donor requirements, prepares donor reports, budgets, and proposals, tracks timelines, and ensures adherence to grant terms and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Development and Finance teams to produce accurate narrative and financial reports, monitor expenditures, support audits, and maintain strong channels of internal and external communications related to grants. Requires knowledge of grant regulations, budgeting processes, data management, and proficiency with standard office software; bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience. Travel and extended hours may be required in office settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- four (4) years experience in grant compliance and/or administration, reporting, and donor relations
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying backgrounds
- Ability to make solid decisions and exercise independent judgement
- Ability to analyze situations and adopt appropriate actions
- Proficiency with office technology and software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
