Job Summary
Grant Compliance Advocate at Amity Foundation (Los Angeles, onsite). Responsible for monitoring a portfolio of subcontracted service providers to ensure compliance with administrative and fiscal regulations, reviewing fidelity to grant terms, and supporting data entry and grant reporting. Leads program reviews, quality assurance processes, and the development and revision of policies and procedures for data collection and compliance. Works with Grant Administrator, Grant Development Team, and senior management to address compliance findings, establish corrective actions, and provide technical assistance to providers. Travel may be local; role emphasizes in-person office duties in a nonprofit, community-focused environment, with requirements to manage staff qualifications, background checks, licensure, and COVID-19 protocols, while supporting diverse program operations and cross-training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) year degree in Social Sciences or related fields
- Two (2) years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience working in a community-based environment delivering social services
- Lived experience with incarceration, addiction recovery, poverty, foster care, or other systems involvement is considered an asset
- Experience collecting and entering data to demonstrate the achievement of deliverables to funding sources is a plus
