Job Summary

Monitor and manage financial aspects of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements, budget restrictions, and allowable costs. Maintain accurate records of grant-related transactions, prepare timely financial reports for grantors, and assist in developing grant budgets and forecasts. Process invoices and payments, manage receivables, and support grant audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. Track restricted and unrestricted funds, manage the financial closeout process, and implement internal controls related to grant management. Collaborate with program leadership and the finance team to support grant administration and identify potential financial issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of General Ledger Experience
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Problem-Solving/Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Demonstrated passion for social and racial justice
  • Willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, all hands-on-deck environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse personal and professional backgrounds with a focus on social, racial justice, and equity
  • Ability to maintain current vaccination status in keeping with CDC recommendations

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with grant billing 2-3 years
