Grandflex Nursery Practitioner

Provide a positive role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained while supervising and supporting children at all times. Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, ensuring practice meets Early Years Foundation stage requirements. Contribute to maintaining an attractive environment, read company policies, and notify your line manager of any concerns regarding procedures. Attend regular staff and planning meetings, undertake required training, and ensure equality of access for all staff, parents, and children. Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues.
