Provide a positive role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained while supervising and supporting children at all times. Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, ensuring practice meets Early Years Foundation stage requirements. Contribute to maintaining an attractive environment and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices. Notify line managers of any concerns regarding policies and attend regular staff, planning, and training meetings. Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues.
