Grandflex Nursery Practitioner

Provide a positive practice role model and supervise children at all times while ensuring equality of access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children. Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment that meets Early Years Foundation stage requirements. Implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, notifying your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding adherence. Attend regular staff and planning meetings, undertake required training, and maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues. This role supports GrandFlex's flexible working model across its nursery cluster, offering up to £14.45 per hour with enhanced family and wellbeing benefits.
