Grandflex Nursery Chef

Prepare 6 monthly menus, gain feedback from catering staff and managers, and produce final products. Cook all meals on site at the Nursery in Wellingborough while monitoring catering standards to maintain the highest levels of practice. Support and guide catering staff, assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff, and audit kitchens to ensure they meet TCC and PSN requirements. Ensure all kitchen paperwork is fully complete, accurate, and up to date. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with Nursery staff.
