Provide a positive role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained while supervising and supporting children at all times. Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, ensuring practice meets Early Years Foundation stage requirements. Contribute to maintaining an attractive environment, read and implement all company policies, and notify line managers of any concerns regarding procedures. Attend regular staff meetings, planning sessions, and required training. Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude with children, parents, and colleagues.
