Provide a positive practice role model and supervise children at all times while preparing and leading activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners. Ensure that equality of access is afforded to all staff, parents, and children, and maintain an attractive environment that meets Early Years Foundation stage requirements. Implement company policies and procedures, notify your line manager of any concerns, and attend regular meetings and training. Maintain confidentiality and uphold Grandir UK values.
