Conduct daily operations for the Grand Opening of the new Mr. Gatti's location at 17194 Preston Rd. #140, Dallas, 75248. Manage kitchen staff, oversee food quality, and coordinate delivery drivers and cashiers during the launch period. Assist with party and meeting coordination to ensure smooth customer experiences. Interviews are now open for all positions including Kitchen Manager, Shift Managers, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Wine Ambassadors, and Food Runners. The team will focus on making memories over unforgettable pizza while establishing the store's presence in the Dallas market.
