Job Summary
Check guests in and out, settle balances, and handle cash and credit card transactions daily. Provide directions, make reservations for activities, and solve guest and employee problems with urgency and empathy. Assist the front office manager with recruiting, training, and scheduling staff while cross-training with housekeeping. Fulfill special requests, coordinate transportation, and balance lift ticket sales at day's end. Create staff schedules, verify timecards, and ensure pre-arrival guest requests are met. Work varied shifts including overnight.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a front desk agent or in a supervisory role
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts
