Grand Lodge Bartender

Bartender duties include opening to closing the bar, serving food, pouring beer, wine, and spirits, operating a cash register and POS system, waiting on and bussing tables, doing dishes, restocking supplies, general cleaning, completing the books after shifts, and maintaining customer relations. Bartenders are also responsible for cashiering duties. Must work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with both smoking and non-smoking areas.
