Job Summary
Grand-format color sales executive leading growth in wide-format/large-format graphics by developing new business, managing key accounts, and presenting high-impact visual solutions across retail, advertising, manufacturing, fashion, and A/E/C industries. Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, pre-sales discovery to define project requirements (substrates, print methods, finishes), collaborating with production for feasibility and on-time delivery, forecasting and CRM activity tracking, and mentoring junior sales team members while building relationships with agencies, architects, designers, brand managers, and corporate clients. Requires strong knowledge of large-format printing processes, proven B2B sales/lead-gen success, excellent presentation and consultative selling skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in wide-format printing, large-format graphics sales, or visual communications sales strongly preferred
- Background in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes, substrates, finishing, and installation methods
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong professional presence with excellent networking and relationship-building skills
