Granby Bakery Clerk

Greets and waits on customers, slices, packages, and prices bakery products while recognizing and reacting to their demands. Produces all bakery goods and related products efficiently, preparing scratch baking mixtures and assisting with finishing layer cakes and pastries. Loads and unloads ovens, maintains inventory control, and receives merchandise, checking quality and counts. Keeps ingredients rotated using first-in, first-out methods, maintains displays for sales, and performs daily shrink logs and price checks. Ensures sanitation standards, lifts up to 50 lbs, and provides light supervision when assigned.
