Job Summary
Load and unload trucks and rail cars, fill and reclaim grain ground piles, and perform various grain handling tasks while maintaining basic equipment maintenance and operator care. Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe, clean work environment, providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members. This seasonal role requires working 8am to 8pm shifts, with eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and a starting pay of $25.00/hr plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must be 18 or older, able to lift 50lbs., and comfortable working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and dust.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Must be available for overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
