Job Summary
Grain Operations Worker responsible for hands-on receiving, inspection, storage, and loading of corn and wheat across a large agricultural facility. Duties include unloading trucks, operating rail and locomotive equipment, running PLC systems for rail shed operations, and supporting extended unloading/loading during harvest seasons. Performs housekeeping such as bin clean-out, bin/pits/equipment cleaning, and adheres to safety protocols. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn; role suited for individuals with farm, construction, or general labor backgrounds who can work as part of a team and adapt their schedule during peak harvest periods. Preferred candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of relevant experience, with ability to operate mobile equipment and a valid driver’s license; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
