Job Summary
Receive and load grain safely and profitably under the direction of the Regional Grain Improvement Manager to maximize operating efficiency. Operate conveyance equipment for shipping, receiving, and transferring grain products while performing proper grading and blending practices. Assist with unloading, loading, and transferring grain via truck and rail operations, maintaining equipment and facilities safely. Perform grain inventory inspections at varying heights and maintain records to comply with government requirements. Manage operational expense control and support other locations as needed. Maintain positive customer relations at the first point of contact while adhering to safety policies and professional appearance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year
- Willingness to participate in required training
