Job Summary
Lead daily grain operations at the assigned Naples, IL location, assist with leading and communicating the company's safety program to facility staff, plan staffing schedules, direct work duties, determine need for and schedule inspectors, conduct internal quality audits, schedule safety meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Marine Services, Merchandisers, and CTLC to meet loading and transfer needs, oversee certification processes, and mentor staff to accomplish assignments while maintaining safety and efficiency in grain throughput.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience
- One year experience in an operations role
