Job Summary
Operate grain handling equipment, such as conveyors, augers, and elevators, to move grains throughout the facility. Load, unload, and transport various types of grain from trucks, trailers, and trains, ensuring products are evenly balanced and distributed while meeting proper axle weights. Inspect grain for quality, removing foreign objects or damaged grains, and monitor stored grain for pests, moisture, or other issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas, and adhere to all safety protocols, including EHS, OSHA, and DOT policies. Communicate effectively with customers and attend required meetings and training programs. Ability to work from heights and in various weather conditions is required. Extended hours may be necessary based on business conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent
- Ability to work from heights

- Must adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures
- Must adhere to EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures
