Job Summary
Operate and monitor grain receiving, storage, and loadout systems while assisting with quality control and inventory management. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, elevators, bearings, motors, and related equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and assist with seasonal harvest operations and other facility needs. Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a grain elevator, feed mill, processing plant, or similar industrial environment
- Millwright, mechanical maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Management experience
