Job Summary
As a Grain Elevator Operator, you will manage the operations of the grain facility across multiple locations (Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Hugo, Limon). You will load and unload trucks, oversee cleaning processes, grade incoming grain, record inspections, monitor temperature readings for quality control, and prepare railcars, all while delivering strong customer service within a collaborative team. You’ll ensure safety protocols are followed, balance equipment maintenance with daily tasks, and support the facility’s efficiency and reputation. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work at multiple locations as needed; prior experience is not required.
