Job Summary
Operate grain bagging and reclaiming equipment for bagging corn, wheat, and soybeans; perform maintenance on bagging/reclaiming equipment; ensure safe, efficient operation and quality control of bagged bushels; interact with farmers and drivers and comply with EMS/IPS and animal well-being policies while maintaining environmental compliance. The role involves lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally, working in a production environment, and contributing to shrinkage management and operational reliability. Strong mechanical aptitude, experience with agricultural machinery (tractor, auger, conveyor) and commitment to safety and quality are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Agriculture/Mechanical experience preferred
- Able to operate tractor, auger, and conveyor
