Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses; and evaluate responses to interventions within a multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN after five years of employment. Night shift, as needed.
