Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document interventions, and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with five years of employment. Night shift, as-needed basis.
