Graduation Coach (part time) 2026-2027

Provide individualized graduation plans and data-driven support to all high school students to improve cohort graduation rates. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify students at risk of not graduating, planning and tracking graduation plans, addressing barriers to graduation, coordinating a Graduation Team (administrators, teachers, and counselors), connecting students and parents with programs (e.g., Communities In Schools, area community colleges, mentors), developing intervention strategies, collaborating with feeder middle schools, monitoring progress toward graduation and post-secondary goals, training parents and teachers on support measures, adapting curriculum and instruction to meet at-risk students’ needs, and establishing partnerships with community organizations. The role requires collaboration with the principal, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; preferred NC Professional Educator's License.
