Graduation Coach (part time) 2026-2027

Provide individualized graduation planning and support for high school students to increase graduation rates, including analyzing data to identify at-risk students, developing and implementing graduation plans, identifying and removing barriers to graduation, coordinating a transition program for 9th grade, forming a Graduation Team with administrators, teachers, counselors, and community partners, connecting students and families with supportive programs (e.g., Communities In Schools), training parents and teachers on at-risk interventions, adapting curricula to meet the needs of identified at-risk students, and conducting ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness. Reports to the principal and collaborates closely with the school counselor to track progress and drive post-secondary planning.
