Graduate Verification & Validation Engineer

Graduate Verification & Validation Engineer onsite in Wallingford, UK. You will support testing and validation of software used across our fleet of robots, help develop and improve testing procedures for hardware and software systems, capture and analyse test data to benchmark performance, and use AI-powered tools to extract insights from results. You’ll create standardised testing processes for autonomy, data capture, and platform functionality, assist with validating software releases before deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve release workflows and version control. You’ll support regular software release cycles and testing schedules, help assess new features and bug fixes, and contribute to continuous product improvement. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field, have an interest in software testing, hardware validation, or quality assurance, and possess familiarity with robotics, autonomy systems, or data capture technologies; exposure to testing tools, automation, or scripting is a plus. Skills in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, plus a proactive, fast-learning mindset are desired.
