Job Summary
Graduate Trainee program with 1-year rotations across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Event Planning/Operations; participate in the Sales Cycle from data mining and building leads to supporting future sales opportunities, assist in building and maintaining client relationships, support administration of sales contracts and invoices, manage exhibitor manuals and inquiries, contribute to marketing campaigns and market research, and provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate within the past 1 year
- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Autocad, Oracle is a plus
- Excellent in written and spoken English
