Job Summary
Graduate Trainee – Logistics Real Estate on a 24-month rotational program located in Paris (18 months) and Amsterdam (6 months). The program provides broad exposure to the logistics real estate industry through local market experience and international business exposure, with rotations across Real Estate Operations, Capital Deployment / Investments, Valuations, and Fund Management. You will support execution of real estate projects, build customer relationships, assist lease administration and property coordination, analyze market/portfolio/financial/operational data, contribute to investment and fund activities, participate in project reviews and business planning, and engage in structured learning experiences with mentorship. Requires fluency in English and professional proficiency in French, willingness to relocate between Paris and Amsterdam, and travel within Europe; program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and progression opportunities within Prologis.
Required Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's or Master's degree completed before September 2026 in Real Estate or a related field such as Real Estate Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- Up to 3 years of professional work experience
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to relocate between Paris and Amsterdam as part of the program and travel within Europe as required
- Preferred Master's degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Previous exposure to commercial real estate, logistics, finance, investments, or related industries
- Internship experience, academic projects, or extracurricular activities involving project management, customer engagement, financial analysis, or data analytics
- Interest in logistics real estate and supply chain operations
- Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and environments
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed while exercising sound judgment and accountability for outcomes
