Job Summary
Graduate trainee program in Human Resources focusing on Payroll, Skills Development, and Employee Relations. Assist HR with projects, provide support to the HR Manager with administrative duties, coordinate meetings and interviews, manage document systems, arrange recruitment logistics, support onboarding/off-boarding, assist with staff wellness initiatives and employee events, and contribute to a collaborative HR team. Requires a BCom/BTech in HR-related fields, SA citizenship, openness to equity and disability considerations, and the ability to work beyond standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- BCom/BTech degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or HR Development
- Must be a South African Citizen
