Graduate Trainee/Apprenticeship – Global Legal at Russell Investments, Mumbai. 12-month Company Secretary Apprentice program supporting RIIV India’s company secretarial teams with governance, statutory compliance, entity management, and board/committee administration, with exposure to global co-sec matters across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include maintaining statutory registers, preparing notices/agendas/minutes/resolutions, assisting with e-filings and annual returns, tracking statutory deadlines, coordinating director/shareholder information, and supporting due diligence, regulatory requests, and internal governance tasks. Qualifications include completing or appearing for the ICSI Professional Programme, pursuing/completing a law degree from a recognized university, and readiness for practical training; strong drafting, communication, confidentiality, and cross-stakeholder coordination skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and document management tools.
