Job Summary
Support the delivery of high-quality finance services to the local Campsie team by working collectively on month-end close, weekly and monthly reporting, and inventory accounting activities including stock adjustments and variance analysis. Collaborate with operations, production, and sales teams to understand business drivers behind financial results, extract and present accurate operational data, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that simplify finance processes. Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements while tracking capital expenditure and providing ad hoc analysis to the Financial Controller. This graduate role offers structured training, financial assistance for professional qualifications, and a tailored progression path within Terex's expanding manufacturing sector in Northern Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- First-class or 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent
- preferably in finance or business-related degree
- Recent graduate
- Intention to pursue and obtain professional exams (CIMA or Chartered Accountants Ireland)
- Strong computer skills including Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and energetic
- Must be a team player
- able to demonstrate strong customer focus
- energy, drive and commitment to successfully work through any and all issues and objectives related to this role and that of the overall team
