Job Summary
Graduate Trader program in Amsterdam with a 3-month training track followed by placement on an established trading desk; you’ll learn about our core business, traded financial products, pricing strategies, and proprietary systems, engage in trading simulations and quantitative classes, collaborate on a team project to conclude training, and then be assigned based on skills/interests; candidates should have a university degree (preferred in quantitative fields), demonstrable interest in trading and financial markets, understanding of financial products, proficiency in Excel and IT systems, and an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset suited to fast-paced trading environments.
Required Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or related
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Proficiency in Excel, an affinity for IT systems and development languages
- Ability to deliver under pressure, with strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset andcreativity in problem solving
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
