Job Summary
Graduate Technical Support Analyst in London providing high-quality technical support to Windcave customers, diagnosing problems, and communicating solutions clearly. Responsibilities include engaging with external customers to analyze ongoing issues, supporting implementation projects with project leads to ensure timely delivery, and owning incident management and notification responses to prevent recurring issues. Ideal candidates are 2025 or 2026 graduates with any degree, strong written and verbal communication, comfort with technology, attention to detail, and being a collaborative team player. Multilingual skills are a bonus. Right to work in the UK is required. Training will cover Windcave’s payments platform and support processes. Hybrid work arrangement: three days in the office per week (London).
