Job Summary
Provide technical support to clients using the Acturis Reporting API and Toolkit; develop and maintain the SQL-based Reporting API toolkit and data model using PowerShell and database interrogation techniques; investigate client data issues, design reporting solutions, and lead client-focused projects from requirements through to delivery and support; benefit from mentorship, structured progression, and early responsibility as a graduate joining Acturis, a global SaaS leader in insurance technology.
Required Qualifications
- Have (or expect) a 2:1+ in a STEM degree
- Strong A-levels (AAB minimum, including an A in Maths)
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience
- Confident technical debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective client-facing communication
- Finished all exams/education to join as soon as possible
