Job Summary
Entry-level Graduate Talent Scientist role focused on learning to assess candidates using behavioural interview techniques, applying psychometrics in the workplace, and supporting hiring practices through process improvements and advanced analytics. You will build stakeholder relationships to design and implement talent solutions, gain understanding of our systems to support hiring questions, and help solve issues related to talent acquisition. The role emphasizes remote work within the EMEA region, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and a passion for technology platforms and automations to drive efficiencies in our processes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in psychology or related people-based subject
- Exposure to talent through university coursework, internship or first job in a talent team
- Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Experience or coursework in SQL and Python for data analysis
