Graduate Summer Project in HR

Paid internship (8–12 weeks) in Atos Global HR Shared Services. You will analyze HR transitions across countries and build data-driven business cases (cost, efficiency, service improvements; enhanced user experience). Compare before vs after operating models and process flows, identify success factors such as standardization, automation, and governance, and create executive-ready presentations and summaries. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and present to senior leadership. Preferred background includes Business, HR, Economics, Finance, Engineering with strong analytical thinking, ability to derive insights from data, and good English communication. The role offers hands-on exposure to international HR operations, development of professional skills, and office work at the Serdica metro station in Sofia.
