Job Summary
Paid internship (8–12 weeks) with hands-on experience in a multinational HR operations environment. Join Atos Global HR Shared Services (GSSC) to analyze real HR transitions across countries, build data-driven business cases (cost, efficiency, service improvements; enhanced user experience), and compare before vs after operating models and process flows. Identify success factors such as standardization, automation, and governance; create executive-ready presentations and summaries; collaborate with global stakeholders and present to senior leadership. What you’ll be doing includes analyzing HR transitions, building business cases, and creating stakeholder-facing materials. What we are looking for includes strong analytical thinking, ability to derive insights from data, good communication and presentation skills using MS Office, curiosity, attention to detail, and strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
