Job Summary

Graduate Student Employee Biweekly at Baylor University’s Study Skills Center provides academic coaching and support to students needing help with executive functioning, study strategies, time management, and test preparation. Responsibilities include guiding students on time management, note-taking, reading comprehension, and study tools; connecting students to on-campus resources; using the Navigate Kiosk to check students in/out and create appointment summaries; organizing/restocking SSC materials; giving presentations and hosting workshops on study-related topics as requested by the line manager; creating presentation materials for SSC and campus events; maintaining regular attendance and demonstrating strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
