Graduate Student Employee Biweekly - Music Performance Program Assistant

Develop music performance programs for ensemble, faculty, and student recitals using Adobe Express templates and strict style guides. Produce layouts within one week of assignment to meet a two-week turnaround for design, review, printing, and delivery. Review content for accuracy and eliminate spelling, grammar, and formatting errors while collaborating with Marketing Team and Music Faculty on changes. Respond timely to assignment requests, input status updates into shared spreadsheets, store files in Box folders, and coordinate printing and pick-up with the Copy Center and Music Operations. Maintain reliable availability throughout the week, especially during peak recital and concert seasons.
