Job Summary
Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures while assisting in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents. Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system and access a range of industry events and networking opportunities. Gain in-person and online training on consulting with clients and time management through graduate development workshops. This role is for graduates in their final year or those who graduated within the last two years, focusing on developing a career within the Sydney structures and construction engineering team at Robert Bird Group.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates will be in their final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
- A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
